BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our experiences will take place at Aquaflor Firenze, located at Borgo Santa Croce 6, 50122 – Florence.

1) CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Bookings can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the date of the experience. After this period, no modifications or refunds will be allowed.
You can cancel your booking from your reserved area (‘My Account’ page) in the ‘Bookings’ section by clicking the ‘Cancel Booking’ button.
The cancellation action is immediate and irreversible.

It is not possible to modify an existing booking; therefore, you must cancel it and book a new experience on your desired date.

In case of a “no-show,” payment will not be refunded.

2) PUNCTUALITY

To ensure the best service for our guests, we kindly ask you to be punctual for your scheduled appointment.
Please note that if you are late, we will not be able to extend the experience duration beyond the scheduled end time, and we reserve the right to assess if the remaining time is sufficient to complete the experience. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
